What do you get when you combine two teens, a shopping cart, an old rocking chair, a stick and the railroad?  I'm not sure, but it must be fun.

Happy Mothers Day!

In honor of my mother, one of her favorite spring sights - the flowering crab tree.  A tree like this also overlooks my father's burial site.  He passed away 15 years ago today.  I owe so much of who I am to both of them - thanks mom and dad.

Wind Power For The Brain

There are two esteemed colleges in my little town of Northfield, Carleton and St. Olaf.  Both have one wind turbine on each of their campuses, collecting environmentally friendly power.  This one is at St. Olaf.  What a novel idea.
